Travis Henderson wanders out of the Texas desert after vanishing without explanation four years earlier, and is found and reunited with his brother Walt in Los Angeles. There he reconnects with his young son Hunter, who Walt and his wife have been raising, and slowly resolves to find the boy's mother, Jane. Travis traces Jane to Houston, where she works at a peep show, and speaks to her through a one-way mirror, finally explaining what drove them apart. He reunites Hunter with Jane before walking away alone.
