A Japanese woman shows the viewer around her Tokyo apartment, muses on how many bananas the world produces, and says her friend next door is sad. Next door, a young woman sits crying on a sofa when another comes in, says cruel things to her and threatens to tell her "the truth". Lynch first released it on his website.
